Office Manager
Janice is the Office Manager at Richardson Financial Group. In her role as Office Manager, she is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests of the firm. Janice is also responsible for maintaining and improving all operational aspects of the firm.
Janice is also a member of the investment client service and investment operations teams. In those roles she assists with investment client service and various operations related activities.
Prior to joining Richardson, Janice spent over twenty-five years at FIS, a large technology service provider, serving in a variety of roles. In addition, Janice has many years of banking experience. Janice attended Southeast Missouri State University.
