Associate Wealth Advisor
Jen is an Associate Wealth Advisor at Richardson and in this role she is responsible for the development of cash flow and net worth projections, analysis of various financial transactions, tax and legal document reviews and the development of analysis and recommendations regarding life and long-term care insurance policies. Jen is a member of the Investment Committee and assists with investment research and analysis. Jen is also a member of the client relationship team.
Jen joined Richardson in 2021 with over eight years of experience in the financial services industry. She started her career in banking before transitioning to the investment and wealth management industry. She previously worked as a Financial Advisor Assistant to provide outstanding service to clients of highly successful advisors at Morgan Stanley. Jen subsequently served as a Client Services Consultant at Strong Investments where she provided direction to team members and clients with escalated issues that required research, sound judgment, excellent communication, and occasional investment guidance.
Jen most recently worked as an Investment Management Analyst for a local tax and wealth management firm. In this role, Jen’s responsibilities included researching and analyzing investment products, analyzing and distilling investment data for advisors, calculating asset allocations and rebalancing client portfolios, as well as building out portfolios to generate analysis reports and proposals.
Outside of her years in finance, Jen also spent time performing contracted work, primarily for non-profits. Much of her work entailed people and project management while working with various demographics.
Jen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from University of Wisconsin – Parkside as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in process improvement. Jen is a current member of the Investments and Wealth Institute.
